Dr. Gamariel Mbonimana (PhD, FCILT)

Dr. Gamariel Mbonimana is a Non-Executive Advisor at FACI, bringing over 20 years of experience in leadership, governance, education management, and strategic partnership development across Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, and Europe. He holds a PhD in Educational Management, four MBAs in Law Management, Project Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and Educational Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychopedagogy. He currently serves as Erasmus+ Project Coordinator at East African University Rwanda and as Local Project Manager for the EU-funded DIGILOG Project, where he leads curriculum digitalisation, academic mobility initiatives, and the establishment of Rwanda’s Digital Logistics Laboratory. A former Member of Parliament in Rwanda, Dr. Mbonimana brings deep governance and policymaking experience. At FACI, he provides strategic advisory support, strengthening partnerships, institutional linkages, and regional collaboration.
